Located in central Georgia, Jackson Lake is one of 15 Georgia Power-owned lakes in the state. The 4,750-acre lake has 135 miles of shoreline. Formed by the Alcovy, Yellow and South rivers and Lloyd Shoals Dam, it is in the Ocmulgee River watershed.
