Description:
Located in southwest Georgia just north of Albany, Lake Worth is one of 15 Georgia Power-owned lakes in the state. The 1,400-acre lake has 36 miles of shoreline. In the Flint River watershed, it is formed by the Flint, Muckalee Creek and Kinchafoonee Creek and Lake Worth Dam.
