Northeast Georgia is well known for its continuous tradition of folk pottery. Here you can listen and watch as members of the Meaders family show how folk pottery is made. View a collection with examples of the best of northeast Georgia folk pottery spanning nearly 200 years. Opened in 2006 the museum is housed in a glass enclosed timberframed addition to the Sautee-Nacoochee Arts Center.
