We’re frequently asked, “Why did you choose to name your restaurant Alligator Soul?” The word “soul” is meant to represent your integrity and values. Who you are and what you personally stand for. The “alligator” is meant to represent your outward appearance. Integrity is what matters most to us, and people can clearly see that by what you put on the plate!!
