When the original Au Pied de Cochon opened in Paris in 1946, no one dreamed the bustling brasserie would one day be among Atlanta’s hottest dining destinations. Always open, the restaurant offers a private chef’s table, private dining room, Lover’s Booth and outdoor terrace, where you’re likely to spot locals, hotel guests and celebrities. The menu features favorites, such as Foie Gras de Canard Poélé, Escargots de Bourgogne, Steak Tartare and the city’s best jumbo shrimp on the raw seafood bar. Chef Michael Buard is originally from Paris and comes to the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta by way of the InterContinental Chicago.
