Georgia “Classics” - Sprayberrys
By MARK E. JOHNSON, Brown’s Guides Restaurant Editor
Here’s another Georgia “Classic” Restaurant.
Newnan’s Sprayberry’s has been serving up barbecue to satisfied customers for almost 80 years. I personally have been eating there since college days when I was a student at LaGrange College and traveling back and forth to my home in Atlanta. While that has not been quite 80, years it was definitely in the last century.
We’re ALWAYS interested in hearing about Georgia restaurants - barbecue and non-barbecue - that have been around for generations.
Tell me about your favorites and I’ll pass them along to other Brown’s Guides website visitors.
And read more about Newnan’s Sprayberry’s.
