Read What Horseradish Grill Is Saying About Itself…
horseradish-wine.jpgReminiscent of a day and time when the pace was much slower, and nearby Powers Ferry Road was little more than a dusty horse trail, Horseradish Grill - Atlanta’s oldest continuously operating restaurant is a dining experience offering guests a glimpse of yesteryear. The cuisine of the American South is the oldest and most completely developed of all regional American cuisines. It is a culinary tradition based on seasonal freshness, ethnic diversity, and simply prepared, highly flavorful food. At Horseradish Grill, we embrace the philosophy that there is an immediacy to good food and cooking: that there is value in understanding the connection between a region, its history and its people, the seasons and natural rhythm of life and the benefits other than nutritional, to be reaped in the celebration of breaking bread.

  • We usually go here on special occasions, and when we have guests in town (I try to suggest often, for any occasion, “Honey, it’s Tuesday, let’s go the Horseradish Grill for dinner!”), every time it has been DELICIOUS food & GREAT service!! Every chance I get, I try to have dinner there. Great food & atmosphere!! Panida S. on Yelp! 6/2009.
  • January 04, 2009 - Really likes it - I really like this fine small restaurant across from Atlanta’s Chastain Park. It is a great spot anytime but particularly so for lunch or daylight dinners in their terrace area. FlaBoy on Urban Spoon 1/2009.
  • Horseradish grill is located off the beaten restaurant path in Chastain Park. The location is truly lovely, and it is a charming little restaurant inside. Fried chicken is the specialty here (they have been featured on Food Network preparing this), and it does not disappoint. A great place for a special occasion! Sam g on Insider Pages 11/2008.
