Paddle Georgia’s Ebenezer Creek, Suwannee River, and Okefenokee Swamp

Operating in the Tybee Island, Georgia, area since 2005, CanoeCanoe Outfitters provides day trips through the salt marshes of Tybee Island and a 7-mile tour through Ebenezer Creek canoeing among its cypress trees with Spanish moss hanging down. Multi-day excursions down many of the regions’ rivers include the Suwannee as it comes out of the Okefenokee Swamp with white sandbars, limestone bluffs, and overhanging oak trees. Tours through Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge and its 120 miles of canoe trails provide sights such as raccoons, black bears, deer, bobcats, fox, otters, and alligators.
